Job Summary
R Newman & Sons Farms Ltd. is seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our dairy farm team in Delta, BC. This is a full-time, hands-on role working directly with livestock and supporting daily farm operations.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn and develop new skills. Previous dairy farm experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Milk cows efficiently and safely
- Rake and maintain clean stalls
- Feed calves and monitor their wellbeing
- Perform general farm maintenance and miscellaneous tasks
- Operate and assist with farm machinery (if experienced)
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Support overall animal care and farm cleanliness
Skills & Qualifications
Preferred Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge
- Experience operating farm machinery
- Previous dairy farm experience
Required Qualities:
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to animal welfare
- Physically capable of performing farm duties
No prior experience in dairy farming or animal care is required, but it is considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

Work Requirements
- Ability to reliably commute to Delta, BC
OR - Willingness to relocate before starting work (preferred)
This is an on-site position and requires in-person attendance.
