MW&FK Linton is looking for a reliable and hardworking Calf Rearer to join our farming team in Te Ranga, Bay of Plenty, just 15 km from Te Puke. This is a great opportunity for someone with livestock experience who enjoys working with animals in a supportive rural environment.
Job Details
- Position: Calf Rearer
- Location: Te Ranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Pay Rate: $30 – $42 per hour
- Hours: Approximately 4–5 hours per day
- Additional Work: Relief milking opportunities available
Key Responsibilities
As a Calf Rearer, your daily duties may include:
- Feeding and caring for calves
- Monitoring calf health and wellbeing
- Cleaning and maintaining calf sheds and feeding equipment
- Assisting with general farm labour tasks
- Ensuring animal welfare standards are maintained
